Situated in the city of Coquitlam, the project is a boutique residential building on a compact site. The design incorporates classic architectural elements reinterpreted in a contemporary expression to creatively satisfy the city’s design guideline principles. The material palette complements this design approach with a mix of stone cladding and wood accent elements.
